That’s just one of the reasons I’m such a believer in making Sunday a day dedicated to yourself. It’s the perfect opportunity to reset, recharge, and prepare for the week ahead.

If this sounds like you, grab your coziest blanket, put on some soothing tunes, and let’s dive into this list of self care Sunday essentials that’ll leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever Monday throws your way.

1. A luxurious face mask

Nothing says “me time” quite like slapping on a face mask and pretending you’re at a fancy spa.

Whether you prefer sheet masks, clay masks, or a DIY avocado concoction, treating your skin to some extra TLC is a must.

Keep your mask in the fridge for an extra cooling and de-puffing effect.

Wrap yourself in comfort with your softest, fluffiest blanket. Perfect for curling up with a book or binge-watching your favorite show, everything feels better when you’re snuggled up.

11. Your favorite feel-good movie or TV show

Sometimes, self-care means indulging in a little escapism. Queue up that rom-com you’ve seen a hundred times or start a new series that everyone’s been raving about. Just remember to set a limit, so you don’t accidentally binge until 3 am!
